BA (Hons) Cordwainers Fashion Bags and Accessories: Product Design and Innovation
The idea of fashion as an industry which largely focuses on aesthetics and appearance and not concerning itself with the impact and effects which it may have on the environment, humans and animals has come to inspire me to take on the challenge of producing products which combines indulgence with sustainability. My ambition with this year has been to develop my own creative ideas and push my technical skills to create my own brand. I decided to choose a more traditional route with the ambition to develop a range of products which visually represents me as a designer and a sustainable concept for a business built on values which I believe in. With care is a collection of women's accessories designed with an ethical philosophy. Care has been taken with all the aspects of the production through each step from the design of the product until it reaches you. With care has considered the environmental and sustainable perspective as to provide you with products which are beautiful, individual, desirable and sustainable.
