BA (Hons) Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear
Having developed an interest in fashion from a young age, and designing clothes as part of art projects for school, I began my professional studies at Cardonald College in Glasgow. After developing an individual style and discovering where my creative talents lay I got accepted to study Womenswear at London College of Fashion. My final collection drew on aspects of my own life. Having had a constant interest in bands and music for many years I chose to take inspiration from my surroundings, being influenced by the glossy aspirations and opulence of stardom, I gradually created a sleek and glamorous collection that is edgy and different, yet very accessible and allows the wearer to put their own stamp on an outfit. Now having lived in Belgium whilst working for C&A, meeting numerous people in the industry from all over the world, and increasing my skills as a designer and manufacturer I look forward to my future in fashion and eventually starting my own boutique in London.
