BA (Hons) Cordwainers Footwear: Product Design and Innovation
I am a graduating footwear designer, interested in creating new, unique and diverse footwear. I have completed the BA(Hons) degree during which I also completed a yearlong design placement within industry, gaining a vast amount of experience and knowledge, improving my skills dramatically. My final Major project has been inspired by architecture which provided my chance to push the boundaries between footwear and product design, an area I would like to experiment with in the future, creating footwear that represents sculpture and makes use of different materials and unique form.
